Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Shepherd OS platform ("Service"), operated by Shepherd OS ("we," "us," or "our"). By signing up for Shepherd OS, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Shepherd OS provides church automation software including automated visitor follow-up, SMS and email messaging, pipeline management, and related services. The platform is built on GoHighLevel infrastructure and is intended for use by churches and faith-based organizations.

2. Subscription and Payment

Shepherd OS is offered on a monthly subscription basis at the pricing displayed on our website. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. The one-time Ministry Launch Package fee is non-refundable after services have been rendered.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund of your subscription fee. The Ministry Launch Package fee is excluded from this guarantee if setup work has been completed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Shepherd OS only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from individuals before sending them SMS or email communications through Shepherd OS.

5. SMS Compliance

You agree that all SMS messages sent through Shepherd OS will only be sent to individuals who have voluntarily provided their phone number to your church. You are responsible for honoring opt-out requests (STOP replies) which are automatically handled by Shepherd OS.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account remains active through the end of your paid billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months after the 30-day guarantee period.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shepherd OS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
