1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when signing up for Shepherd OS, including your name, church name, email address, and payment information. We also collect visitor contact information entered into your church's Shepherd OS system (names, phone numbers, email addresses of church visitors).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Shepherd OS platform, send automated follow-up messages on your church's behalf, process payments, and provide customer support. We do not sell your data or your congregation's data to any third party.

3. SMS and Email Communications

All text messages and emails sent through Shepherd OS are sent on behalf of your church to individuals who have provided their contact information to your church. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or clicking Unsubscribe in any email.
